We used Velocity Vinyl a few years back to install our PVC fence and they did a fantastic job. Professional, quick, high quality product, and cleaned up after their work. Today, a Velocity employee knocked on our front door and asked if they could fix up my fence which was damaged in the January wind storm. I had been meaning to call them for the last couple weeks so this was perfect timing. I asked for a quote and they said they would do it for free as they were already in the area doing some other work. This is "above and beyond" type service which is extremely rare with most businesses today. Thank you very much to the guys that were here today. That is the epitome of amazing service and I will always recommend Velocity Vinyl to anyone looking for a new fence. PS - It's easy to spot a Velocity fence when you walk around the neighbourhood - they are always the ones that are straight, plumb, and look great. I can always spot other brands of fence as they are sagging and/or crooked after a few years, and the PVC typically looks sunfaded.
